Founded in 1995, we are Britain’s original, independent Lager Brewery. Our focus is on revitalising appreciation for lager by showcasing our ability to produce beers of outstanding quality and flavour.

For nearly 30 years, we have merged taste and tradition, evolving proven brewing processes to make them modern. Through low-temperature fermentation and prolonged maturation, we create naturally carbonated, unpasteurized brews that deliver subtle and sophisticated flavour characteristics.

Utilising a unique water source and a natural reed bed filtration system for wastewater recycling, Freedom Brewery emphasizes environmental stewardship throughout every phase of the brewing process. We give all of our beers this treatment to show you this is how a beer could and should taste.
