We do not use isinglass finings to clarify our beer meaning all our beers are 100% Vegan.
All waste water is processed through a natural reed bed system.
Thermal fluid heating keeps us efficient.
We brew under pressure for a naturally carbonated product.
SPRING WATER. We use fresh spring water from a bore hole on site at our brewery.
DEDICATED TO QUALITY. We ferment at low temperatures and mature for 28 days to ensure the stability, consistency and depth of flavour of our beers.
No gimmicks. No compromise. Because no one tells us how to brew (apart from our brewers!)

First we mill our British malted barley
Mash Conversion Vessel
We add fresh spring water to the malt and add heat to make a sweet ‘wort’
We separate the spent grain from the wort. The grain is dried and used as cattle feed
Bittering hops are added and the wort is boiled, stabilising it
Aroma hops is added to the wort before the whirlpool separates the wort from remaining solid ingredients
The wort is cooled via a heat exchanger (cold water cools the hot liquid and in turn the becomes hot, ready to go into the mash conversion vessel)
Fermentation Under Pressure
Yeast is added to the wort which metabolises the sugar into alcohol. Naturally occurring CO2 is absorbed creating natural carbonation, delivering a champagne-like bubble
Transfer to Maturation
The fermented liquid is cooled and left to mature for a minimum of 28 days to deliver layers of soft, rounded flavour
The beer is filtered to deliver a bright beer (no isinglass is used making all our beers certified Vegan)
Sterile Filtration. Unpasteurised
We filter rather than heat pasteurise to protect flavour

We pack our beer on site into bottles and kegs
