Currently we are only able to deliver to the UK excluding Northern Ireland via courier service (DPD 3-5 working days). Delivery to areas below is subject to additional postage charges and may take between 5-7 days to arrive:
As we are a small business we cannot guarantee to have your order dispatched by a certain time, however, we aim to have your order dispatched and with our courier within 2-3 working days of your order being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
If we are experiencing higher volumes, please allow an additional 1-2 working days in transit. If your order is experiencing a significant delay, please get in touch at weborders@freedombrewery.com
Freedom Brewery is not liable for any customs and taxes applied to the products in your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel this.
If your item has been damaged and evidence has been provided, we will either offer a refund for the damaged items, replacement, or store credit if appropriate.
If we are able to offer you a refund you will be refunded via the method you have paid. E.g. Paypal, Credit/debit card.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, Freedom Brewery operates a consolidated shipping policy. To minimise our environmental impact, multiple packs or individual cases within a single order will be packed together into larger transit boxes where possible.
