After you have placed an order, we aim to dispatch your item within 1-2 working days. During busy periods this may extend to 3-5 working days. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive a notification from us with a tracking number from our courier.
You should receive text alerts from our courier letting you know when they will deliver your item.
Once your order has been dispatched by our team you will receive an email notification with a tracking number on your email. Enter your tracking details on https://www.yodel.co.uk/track
If you order has not been dispatched, we may be able to change your address. Please get in touch at email@example.com. Please note Freedom Brewery cannot accept responsibility for a failed delivery if an incorrect address has been provided.
Before contacting us regarding a missing order please check the tracking information sent in your confirmation email as your item may have been delivered to a neighbour or local post office. If you have not received your order within 5-7 working days or if the courier has informed you there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org
Unfortunately, once you have placed an order and payment has been processed, we are unable to add on any additional items.
If your order has arrived damaged or you have received a notification from our courier informing you the parcel is damaged please get in touch at email@example.com with your order number. Photographic evidence may be requested by the team.
If you have received the wrong item or are missing a product, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org outlining which items you have received, and which are missing.
If you have received items that are damaged or faulty please get in touch at email@example.com and attach photographic evidence of the damages.
