Black Friday Week Mega Offers From Freedom Brewery | 22nd – 28th November

Delight a loved one and save a small fortune with Freedom Brewery’s Black Friday sale. We’re extending our Black Friday deals from the 22nd to the 28th of November and we’re offering big discounts on all our beers, crates and taster packs. 

So, whether you’re filling up the fridge before family arrive or searching for that perfect stocking filler for a loved one you can buy more beer than you can shake a candy cane at in our Black Friday sale. 

The sale starts on Monday the 22nd of November and continues all the way through until Sunday the 28th (Back Friday is the 26th), so you have plenty of time to pick and choose the perfect gift for that special someone.

Our Black Friday Deals

During the week of Black Friday we’ll have a number of special offers and store wide deals happening in our shop. 

• They’ll be a 25% discount across ALL OF the products in our store excluding the special deals below
• Our special Freedom Christmas pack will be £14.99 and includes 8 mixed cans, a branded Freedom glass and a bag of Olly’s pretzel snacks for you to enjoy with friends – Link   
• We’ll also be offering some selected crates of beers for £1 per can. That’s 24 Pils for £24.  

Where did Black Friday come from: a brief history?

Black Friday originated in America and has always been on the Friday directly after Thanksgiving. The Thanksgiving holiday happens on the 4th Thursday of every November and people take the opportunity to go shopping the day after the holiday. 

This is because the day after Thanksgiving is an unofficial holiday for most US citizens. It’s not a federal holiday (America’s version of a Bank Holiday) but almost half the States let their citizens take the day off as do most employers. 

This leads to a lot of people heading to the shops the day after their Thanksgiving meal and shop owners came up with the term Black Friday as it’s a day that puts their finances in the black aka they make profit on that day.
