FREEDOM TO BE INDEPENDENT. We fiercely defend our independence – setting and maintaining our own direction and standards in everything we do.
LEAVING THE BIG SMOKE FOR SOME FRESH AIR. We left London, building a purpose-built brewery in the Staffordshire countryside, giving us the Freedom to use local spring water and define our brewing processes, our way.
BREWING WITH A CONSCIENCE. We brew using sustainable production methods; all waste water is processed through a natural reed bed filtration system and thermal fluid heating drives an energy efficient brew house.
INVESTING IN BETTER BEER. We have invested in a state-of-the art brewery, brewing our beer under pressure for a naturally carbonated product with no added nasties.
